As much as we'd like for you to stay, if you still wish to unsubscribe, you may log in to your account, go to Subscriptions (Bags / ShotPods), then click on "Change subscription plan preferences". From there, you should be able to see 2 options, "Pause" or "Unsubscribe".
Account > Subscriptions (Bags Subscription / ShotPods) > click on drop down arrow > Pause Subscription or Unsubscribe
"Pause subscription" allows you to put your subscription on hold for your chosen amount of time.
Please do this 48 hours before your package is due for delivery. Complete and submit the survey form on your screen to unsubscribe successfully.
Postpone Your Next Delivery
If you just need a short break, you can postpone your next delivery instead of cancelling.
To do so, look under Account > Subscriptions (Bags Subscription / ShotPods) > Change Shipping Date
Again, please do so at least 48 hours before your next delivery is due!
