What happens when I "skip this shipment”?

Too much coffee? Skip your next delivery!

Here's an example of what will happen:

Let's say John has a delivery frequency of 14 days and his next delivery is due on 1 June. When he skips his delivery, John will not be sent any coffee on 1 June. Instead, his next delivery will be on 15 June.

Remember to skip your delivery at least 48 hours before it's due!

To skip, go to your Account > Subscriptions (Bags / ShotPods) > click on drop down arrow beneath your subscription > Skip Upcoming Delivery
