Why should I rate and/or review my past coffee orders, and how do I do that?

Not only will you be helping other coffee lovers by sharing about your experience, you’ll also be helping us learn your preferences so we’ll always be able to offer you a coffee we know you’ll love. This is especially useful if you've switched on "Surprise Me" in your order preferences.

All you have to do is visit your Account > Order History > look for the coffee you want to rate and/or review > click on Details > Write a review
