How do I change the coffee that I will receive?

*Applicable to Subscriptions only*

On your Account Dashboard, you will be able to see which coffee we will be sending you next. Simply switch to whichever coffee you'd like to receive instead. Just remember to do so 48 hours before your next coffee is due to be sent out to you, otherwise it will only take effect on the following order.

To change it, go to Account > Subscriptions (Bags Subscription / ShotPods) > Choose Another Coffee

If you are the adventurous sort, you can always ask us to surprise you with different coffees each time: Account > Subscriptions (Bags Subscription / ShotPods) > Change Subscription Preferences > select the “Surprise Me” option.
